AI processing and outputs

The App uses automated systems and third-party providers to process images. Outputs may vary in quality or accuracy depending on inputs and selected operations.

Subscriptions, plans, and credits

• Features may require an active subscription and/or available credits.
• Purchases are processed by Apple through In-App Purchases.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable except where required by law.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time, including feature limits and pricing, in accordance with applicable law and platform policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if needed to protect the service, users, or infrastructure.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
